We took Logan skating for the first time a few weeks ago. Thankfully Aunt Alli washere for a visit to capture some of the family shots.
Logan was soooooo excited to go skating. On the way to the rink he was a bit upset because we forgot his hockey stick....we told him he had to learn to skate first.
We have now taken him 3 times and the first week he couldn't stand, until the last five minutes of our rink time(1 hour). The second time he could stand at the beginning and then towards the last five minutes he was moving towards us. The third time he still improved with moving a bit faster.
I should mention too that on our first trip to the rink, Logan had his first MAJOR public melt down. It's amazing the echo you get in those rinks that are empty. It was quite loud and embarassing. Thankfully there was only about 6 people there to witness it and we were four of the people :)
