Keira comes for a visit.

Logan loves to splash the water.

..and Keira does too.

Look who's in charge.

New Haircut : )

Today we went for a haircut, and before we knew it the lady spiked Logan's hair. Logan was such a good boy in the chair that he got a sucker.....I forgot how sticky they can be. Thankfully Logan kept the sticky mess to his face and his hands. Here's what he looked like just after.

Potty Time!!

Logan is getting really good at telling us when he has to go #2. He sits on the toilet almost every day.....usually just before or just after he does the deed...now we just have to work on his timing. If we could match it up, then we'd be great.

"My wash my arms too mommy!?"

Playdate with Liam

Liam came over for a visit today as well. We had lots of fun exploring and playing in the backyard.

Logan LOVES Gaucamole, and hot sauce.

Filling up his dump truck with sand. It's almost bigger than his sandbox.

Liam gets the ball.

Here he comes.

More sand. Very concentrated!

Hugs for Liam.

I like your hat Liam.

Exploring the grass.

"Come outside to play Daddy!"

Liam takes a turn on the slide.

"Yah, Steve's here"

pic's from the new camera

Good morning everyone....I have changed the background again to keep things fresh. And to go with it here are a few pic's from this morning with our new camera. I had to drain the battery out before I could charge it.

Chris built this new fence to contain Logan to our backyard.

Logan on his way to school.

Logan's Veggie Garden 2010!

We have decided to give it another go this year with a veggie garden. This time around we have included stakes and chicken wire, so that the rabbits(which we often see hanging around the yard)can't get a taste of EVERYTHING like they have in the past.....although I do feel a bit guilty for not sharing with them.....perhaps we will get them a little bowl to feed from, and put a few tastings in it for them?

Logan has a book called "In the Garden". In the book a little boy plants a vegetable garden, and some of his mini trucks too......by the end of the book everything has grown into GIANT vegetables, and of course GIANT trucks, which end up driving away. So last week after reading the book to him we ask if he would like to plant a vegetable garden. Logan was very excited and shouted "YAAAAAAH!" SO we asked what he would like to plant, and he said "My plant carrots, and big green juicy peas!?!", just like in the book. Everytime we get to the page in his book about big green juicy peas Logan asks for a small bowl of peas for himself. So we get him some of the frozen ones in the freezer and continue on with the book. We hope our peas will be just as nice, juicy, and tasty as the ones appear to be in the book.....we'll have to wait and see. Just a few more weeks until we can sample some of our own.

Here Logan is filling up the tin cans to plant some cherry tomatoes in.

Watching patiently as Daddy shows him how to transfer the plant.

Successful.

Upset that he doesn't get to rip the plant out of the tin can and try it himself.
