It's official.........he's on the move.

IN A BIG WAY! Last Thurs(Oct 16th) after my last post......Logan started crawling. I couldn't believe it. He saw something across the floor and moved himself over to get it. Now although his crawl isn't down pat yet(it looks like 'The Worm') he is getting quicker and quicker by the day. He just turned 7 months on Sat. My outings with him will never be the same as he doesn't really like to sit for too long now, or be held, as he just wants to get down and crawl around. Uh Oh. I suppose it is wonderful, but it just seemed to happen, and there is NO stopping it. Next I'll be posting that he's walking......... ahhhhhh he's growing up.

Pumpkins!!!!!!

Logan saw several pumpkins this past weekend. It would appear he likes them, which is good as we're going to the pumpkin patch next week.

An afternoon in the leaves

Look at that one fall
Crunch!

Hmmmm Deep in thought

Logan's new shirt

Soooo it's official......

As of today Logan has been moving across the room towards objects he wants to get(soother, rattle etc) It's not exactly a crawl, but more of a wave like motion. He gets up on his hands and knees then leans forward and comes down on his belly, slowly but surely over and over he performs this motion, and he reaches his destination.......he's on the move.

After our hike

On our way home from our hike, we stopped in at Skyloft, and took some pictures from the top of the skihill, it was a bit overcast, but we got quite a view and saw some fantastic colours.

Hey what's on my head??!

Happy Thanksgiving 2008!!!

Well we had a busy weekend full of turkey, gardening, family, and more turkey. On Monday we decided to take it easy and head out for a hike/walk in the Durham forest, where we used to go mountain biking before Logan joined us. Apparently we weren't the only people thinking a walk would be nice. The parking lot was packed. Luckily, because the forest is quite large, and everyone was spread out on the trails, we were able to enjoy our walk. Logan loved the big tall trees and the leaves as they would fall. Maybe in a few years we'll be able to enjoy the single tracks again with Logan in tow, or at the head of the pack ; )

Which way mom??

Enjoying the ride.
